Ptak is a soloproject of a Finnish singer-songwriter and soundtraveller Tuli Roivas (they/them) whose music has been described as hypnotizing, meditative and regulating for the nervous system. Guitars, effects and loops are full of lightness and space, that invites listener to tune in to a journey within oneself and let things unfold and arise, if they need to. Ptak plays the guitar in an innovative and experimental ways using fingerpicking style, different tunings and techniques like slam-style.

One can hear hues of different genres from dreamfolk, folktronica, pop, jazz and ethnic music to electronic, ambient and chillout being alive in the songs. Songs performed with loopstation turn into experimental, misty and dreamy soundscapes.

The musical project Ptak was born while Tuli lived in Kraków around 2017, and Kraków was the city where most of the songs of Ptak’s first album Natural Mind became alive. Ptak's long awaited second studio album Fall to Pieces was released in July 2025. One of the leading Finnish music magazines Rumba has described Ptak's music as "otherworldly".

Ptak will humbly continue a journey through sound and a organic exploration of all the endless dimensions it has to offer.
